Rates

Please note to cover bank fees a charge of 5% will be made on some credit card payments. This does not apply to payment of deposits at time of booking.

Terms and Conditions

Deposit

First night's accommodation required as deposit. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is to hand and receipted. A valid credit card number will be accepted in lieu of a deposit, but should the client fail to cancel on time, or show, the first night's accommodation will be debited to the card.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of intended arrival will attract a charge for the first night's accommodation. Part cancellation during holiday periods may attract a charge for the nights cancelled. Failure to show, with no cancellation made, will attract a charge for the first night's accommodation.

Refunds

Cancellations notified with more than 48 hours notice on the time of intended arrival will get a full refund of the receipted deposit. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of intended arrival will not get a refund.
